Happy Howl-O-Ween is a fun design to stitch on that project for your dog or any dog lover! I created it to stitch on the dog scrunchie bandanas that I sell.

This is NOT A PATCH, nor finished product of any kind. You will need to have an embroidery machine and proper software to use this downloadable file. You will not receive a physical product.
